The CSCS test is how most UK construction workers prove they understand health and safety before they get a CSCS card. Strictly speaking, the test you sit is the CITB Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) test: CITB runs the test, and CSCS (the Construction Skills Certification Scheme) issues the card once you pass.
