1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PassNova, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Services

PassNova provides online exam preparation courses for UK qualifications. All content is for educational purposes only. We are not affiliated with any official exam body.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payments & Refunds

Course prices are displayed in GBP. JDS Vanguard Holdings Ltd is not currently VAT-registered; prices shown do not include VAT. Prices marked as “introductory” reflect a launch promotional rate. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked: contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

4a. Cancellation & Subscription Management

Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your PassNova All Access subscription at any time by logging in to your account and selecting “Manage Subscription”, or by emailing support@passnova.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until that date. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations after the billing date, but our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first payment.

Individual course purchases: Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies as described above. After 30 days, individual course purchases are non-refundable.

Statutory cancellation right: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital content purchase. However, by accessing course content you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive this right. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is more generous and applies regardless.

Free trial. The 7-day free trial of PassNova Premium is available once per account. If you have already had a free trial, a new subscription starts without one and you are charged when you subscribe.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, questions and materials are owned by JDS Vanguard Holdings Ltd and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

PassNova provides practice materials to help you prepare for exams. We cannot guarantee exam success and are not liable for any exam fees, losses or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@passnova.co.uk and we will endeavour to resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. For consumer rights advice in the UK, visit the Citizens Advice website.

8a. Additional terms for customers in the United States

This section applies in addition to the rest of these Terms to customers who buy PassNova Premium from the United States or its territories (“US Customers”). If it conflicts with another section for a US Customer, this section applies.

Price and taxes. PassNova Premium costs $5.99 per month or $39.99 per year, in US dollars, plus any sales or use tax that applies, which is shown at checkout. If we change the price for future billing periods, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.

Free trial and automatic renewal. Your 7-day free trial starts when you complete checkout, and you give a payment card at checkout. You will first be charged on the day your trial ends unless you cancel before then. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically every month or every year at the price shown at checkout, and we charge your payment method, until you cancel. We email you a reminder before your trial ends and before each annual renewal. By ticking the box at checkout you expressly agree to this automatic renewal. We keep a record of your agreement (the time, the version of these terms and your billing address) for at least three years. The free trial is available once per account: if you have already had one, a new subscription starts without a trial and you are charged on the day you subscribe.

How to cancel. You can cancel online at any time: sign in, open Account, choose Manage subscription and follow the steps. There is no fee, you do not need to contact us, and cancelling takes no more steps than signing up did. If you cancel during the trial you will not be charged. If you cancel after a payment, you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. We confirm your cancellation by email.

Refunds. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment: email support@passnova.co.uk within 30 days of being charged for a full refund.

Exam preparation. PassNova’s questions are original practice material written to published exam objectives. They are not real exam questions. PassNova is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by CompTIA, PMI, ISC2, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, Cisco, PeopleCert or any other exam owner, and their marks belong to them. We cannot guarantee that you will pass any exam.

AI tutor. Nova is an artificial-intelligence tutor. Its answers can be wrong and are not professional advice. Your messages to Nova are processed by a third-party AI provider to write replies.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For US Customers, that does not remove any consumer protection that the law of your state of residence gives you and that cannot be waived, and where the law requires it you may bring a claim in the courts of your home state. This replaces the exclusive-jurisdiction wording in section 7 for US Customers. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@passnova.co.uk and we will work to resolve it.

Privacy and age. See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. If you live in a US state with a privacy law, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing support@passnova.co.uk; we reply within 45 days. PassNova Premium is for people aged 13 and over.
