PassNova provides online exam preparation courses for UK qualifications. All content is for educational purposes only. We are not affiliated with any official exam body.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Payments & Refunds
Course prices are displayed in GBP. JDS Vanguard Holdings Ltd is not currently VAT-registered; prices shown do not include VAT. Prices marked as “introductory” reflect a launch promotional rate. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked: contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
4a. Cancellation & Subscription Management
Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel your PassNova All Access subscription at any time by logging in to your account and selecting “Manage Subscription”, or by emailing support@passnova.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until that date. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations after the billing date, but our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the first payment.
Individual course purchases: Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies as described above. After 30 days, individual course purchases are non-refundable.
Statutory cancellation right: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital content purchase. However, by accessing course content you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive this right. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is more generous and applies regardless.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, questions and materials are owned by JDS Vanguard Holdings Ltd and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
PassNova provides practice materials to help you prepare for exams. We cannot guarantee exam success and are not liable for any exam fees, losses or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@passnova.co.uk and we will endeavour to resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint directly, you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. For consumer rights advice in the UK, visit the Citizens Advice website.
